to go to the Adobe site and download it at no cost. Once the software is installed,
it will automatically go into operation
whenever you click on the name of any file whose extension is PDF.
If you are using a modem or dialup connection, downloading this form could take a few minutes.
Once you have downloaded and printed the form, please fill it out completely and mail
back with the $25.00 registration fee (checks made out to Five Points Mission) to:
