$435.00 ($400.00 per additional child or additional session) plus a $35.00 non refundable registration fee per child.
The cost for weeks 1, 3, 5 and 6 when the camp operates Monday - Friday is $160 (not including the $35 registration fee) and the cost for weeks 3, 5 and 7 when the camp operates Monday - Thursday is $135 (not including the $35 registration fee).
Summer Day Camp runs at the same time as our overnight camp. Please note that for weeks 2, 4, and 7 day camp will operate from Monday - Thursday. There is no program on Friday, July 6th; Friday, July 20th; or Friday, August 10th.
Registration for the Day Camp Program requires submission of the Day Camp Registration Form (see below) and the forms for the overnight camp program.
An additional Camper Release Form will be sent to parents after we receive the registration package.

Camp Olmsted is located in Cornwall on Hudson, NY and serves boys and girls ages 6 – 14 years old. Our camp program offers both sleepaway and day camp programs designed to offer a variety of fun and engaging activities for campers.
Each child is required to have a complete set of application forms on file before arrival at camp. You can complete these forms using our online registration system or you can download a set of forms and complete them by hand.
All campers are required to have a physical exam done prior to attending camp. All physicals must be signed, dated and stamped by a medical professional. We will only accept physicals with a date of August 10, 2017 or later. Please make sure to list all allergies and medications on the appropriate forms. Also note all campers must have age appropriate immunizations before they will be allowed to attend camp. Children without valid medical forms and the required immunizations will NOT be permitted to attend camp. Your child's health and safety are important to us. Our staff includes a nurse who is available 24 hours a day. The closest hospital, St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, is approximately 6 miles away from Camp Olmsted.
Camp Olmsted provides 3 USDA approved meals each day. We also provide campers with daily snacks. Our staff is able to accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please call us to discuss any special needs your child may have.
Campers need to bring enough clothing to last for 12 days. Campers are not allowed to wash clothes while at camp. Please click on the appropriate link below to see the list of what your child should bring to camp.

What NOT to Bring Campers should NOT bring cell phones, iPods, MP3 players, video games, radios, jewelry (ie watches, rings, bracelets, earrings, etc.), food, expensive cameras, money, weapons, fireworks or inappropriate reading materials to camp. Camp Olmsted is not responsible for the loss and/or theft of any of such items.
Camp Olmsted offers full and partial need-based scholarships to eligible participants. Families requesting scholarships must complete the scholarship application and submit all of the required forms including - proof of income of all adults in the household and copies of tax forms - before any type of scholarship award can be approved. Scholarships are based on financial need and are awarded on a first come, first served basis.
Camp Olmsted accepts payment via credit card and money order. We do not accept personal or business checks.
